Military Retirement
(Note: Be certain the
"10/10 Rule" is met in order to receive direct payment. The Rule
is that there must have been at least a 10 year marriage during
which there was at least 10 years of creditable service.)

Plan In the event it is the intention of the
parties to provide for a Survivor Benefit, add the following:
Wife
shall be designated a beneficiary under the Armed Services Survivor
Benefit Plan and shall continue to remain beneficiary as a former
spouse under that plan.

The cost of the Survivor Benefit Plan will be taken "off the top" and
